Terms of complaints

In order to lodge a complaint, fill a complaint form available below.

After the earlier arrangements and call, the products should be delivered personally or send back to the following address at the seller’s expense:

If the consignment has been damaged in transit, the customer should draw up a complaint protocol in the courier’s presence. The product will be checked and either exchanged for the new one or the seller will give you a refund or will offer you the item available in the warehouse.

If you do not fill the gaps correctly, the complaint shall not be accepted.. We do not accept any consignments sent COD.
